Francisco founded Empresas FPY in 1978, one of the largest construction and real estate groups in Chile. The primary focus of the company is the construction of affordable housing for social interest and middle-income sectors. Since its inception, it has successfully built 120,000 homes to date.
Francisco Pérez Yoma is the founder and President of Inmobiliaria PY S.A
(https://py.cl/), which is a part of Empresas FPY and a conglomerate of companies dedicated to construction and real estate management in Chile. With over 35 years of experience in the market, the company is positioned as a leader in the real estate market with a presence in several significant regions in Chile.
He also founded Maquinaria Carrán S.A, a company specializing in renting machinery and equipment for construction since 1987.
With more than 30 years of experience, the company originated from the machinery department of Empresas FPY, transforming it into a service provider for the construction industry.
In the fishing sector, in 1995, Francisco acquired Pesquera Confish S.A, a company engaged in the production of fishmeal and fish oil in Coronel, Bío Bío Region, Chile. After several years, in 2002, it merged with Pesquera Itata S.A., now Blumar S.A., one of the major players in Chile.
In the agricultural field, he serves as the President of Agrícola Los Alfalfales, dedicated to nut production since 1985.
Francisco Pérez Yoma has multiple investments abroad (https://franciscoperezyomaholdings.com/), mainly in the United States. He is involved in the hotel industry, where he is a board member and part of the Investment Committee of Driftwood Development Partners and Driftwood Lending Partners (www.dadlp.com). Additionally, he is engaged in office real estate rental, housing development, and operates an agricultural livestock business.
Since 2013, Francisco Pérez Yoma has been directing his investments towards the real estate market in Florida, United States, actively engaging in the development of real estate luxury projects. His strategic focus on real estate has led to the creation and execution of proprietary initiatives, prominently featuring the construction and development of luxurious properties.
